Be mindful of the trail conditions, especially in wetter months, as it can get quite muddy.

Trail Landmarks

• Suspension Bridge: Reaching this halfway point is a milestone. The bridge offers a moment of awe amidst the forest canopy.

• Wooden Staircase Descent: After the bridge, a wooden staircase descends into a valley. You're getting closer to the beach with every step.

• Final Stairs to Mystic Beach: Roughly 15 minutes past the staircase, more steps lead down, accompanied by the sound of ocean waves. This marks the transition from dense forest to the open expanse of Mystic Beach.
